Refunds are possible at our discretion, but only on our free tickets. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on our discounted tickets, or any tickets which are redeemable via link.
Our free tickets are refundable with at least 72 hours notice before an event, unless stated otherwise. This allows us to give the tickets to someone else to avoid them going to waste. If you would like to apply for a refund, please send us a message through our contact page and a member of our team will get this sorted for you. Please do not email to chase up a refund request, refunds will be honoured providing you gave us 72 hours notice prior to the show start time.
We will not be able to refund you if you wish to cancel after this time period, but we would still appreciate a heads up so you aren't a no show at the event!
Please note that it can take up to a month for your refund to be processed.
