Some venues prefer to use their own e-tickets for events. In this instance, we will send out ‘reservations’ as a receipt of purchase. These reservations will also contain instructions and other information, including when the venue will be sending out your e-tickets.
Please note that venues send the tickets out once they are no longer available on our site, which means that you may not receive your tickets until the day before or day of your show. If for whatever reason you do not receive your tickets, please contact the venue first, as we are not able to allocate tickets on behalf of the venue. Contact information for the venues should be available through their website, which are linked on the event page and in the PDF confirmation.
Please note that your PDF confirmation can not be used in the place of a ticket, and you may be refused entry if you turn up at an event without an e-ticket issued by the venue.
