Why are some tickets discounted and not free?

Sometimes, venues will offer us discounted tickets once their free ones have sold out. If this is the case, it will be clearly marked on the event as discounted. Discounted tickets will either be available directly through our site, or you will purchase a code from our site which can be used on the ticket partner's website. These codes will be delivered to you via a PDF booking confirmation.

Please note that discounted tickets are non-refundable, as any ticket money belongs to our event partners!
