What are additional fees?

You may occasionally notice additional fees on your free NHS ticket (e.g. restoration levy fee). Some venues charge extra fees which need to be paid on the tickets that they donate, or a fee to upkeep their building. Therefore, you may very occasionally notice an extra fee applied to your ticket. We are completely transparent about our pricing and will always tell you if we’ve had to add an extra fee on. We don't keep this money, after an event has come off sale it will be sent to the event organiser.
