If you would like to change the email address that we use for sending marketing and tickets to, you can do so on your user details page here. We would definitely recommend setting your personal email address as your preferred method of communication, which you can also do through the user details page. This is to make sure that emails don't get lost in spam filters, and to ensure that you can access tickets outside of work.
If you have changed jobs within the NHS and would like to change your log in email (this will be the work email used to sign up) you will need to get in touch with our customer care team.
