Some tickets will be sent by our ticketing partners. If so, you will receive a booking confirmation PDF when you book on our site. Please note that you can not use this PDF instead of an e-ticket.
You will not receive your e-tickets until the event is off-sale on our site. Once the event is off-sale (usually the day before), we will send a list of bookers to the ticket provider for them to process your tickets. If tickets are still available on our site, your e-ticket will not have been processed yet.
If it is the day of an event and you have not received your tickets, please contact the venue or event organiser directly, as our team can not control when third-party E-tickets are sent. We understand that receiving tickets on the day of an event can be difficult when you are travelling, so please consider this when booking.
