When requesting a password reset, you need to enter the email address we used to verify you during sign up, rather than your personal or contact email address - you will not receive it otherwise.
Remember, for most of our members, there are 2 emails associated with your account, the one we verified your eligibility against, most likely your work email, and this is the one you need to log in with. Your contact email, most commonly your personal email address, is where we send your tickets and all communications and marketing if applicable.
Once the password reset has been requested, the link will be sent to both your personal email as well as your work email so do not worry if you do not have access to that inbox at the moment.
