How To Get Your Tickets

We work with a multitude of partners across the event industry, who all have their own preferred ticket delivery methods. This means that when you purchase tickets from our platform, there are a few different ways you can receive them.

On each event listing, we have a section titled ‘How To Get Your Tickets’ which will detail what you need to do, so you know what to expect before you buy.
 


Once you’ve made a booking, you’ll be sent a TFG booking confirmation to your contact email address.

 

There will always be a prefix, such as the one shown in the example above, which will then go on to explain how to get your tickets, and confirm if there is any action required for your place at the event to be confirmed, so it’s very important you familiarise yourself with this when you make a booking.
